Phase 3 website foundation is now in place

The approved landing-page mockup has been converted into a real static-site structure with shared source, public assets, generated output, and launch-readiness validation.

The remaining launch blockers are operational: final legal/contact values, Mailchimp audience wiring, canonical domain, analytics choice, and the final public naming decision.

What this page is for later

Once launch ownership is confirmed, this route can publish genuine pre-launch milestones, rollout notes, and launch-news updates without turning into filler SEO content.
